Kelly joined Roythornes in 2006 as an assistant solicitor following qualification in 2004. She is a member of the Commercial and Residential Property teams, undertaking a range of property transactions with particular experience in site assembly work, plot sales, part exchanges, infrastructure agreements, residential sales and purchases (both freehold and leasehold) and social housing sales under the Right to Buy legislation.

She has also had dealings with agricultural sales and purchases, mortgages and commercial transactions.
