Natasha advises a number of clients on various aspects of licensing law including temporary event notice applications, new premises licence applications, variations and assisting in preparing cases for hearings, appeals and judicial reviews.
Natasha also deals with objections to applications.
Natasha completed a seat within the Betting and Gaming team and so assists the team from time to time on betting and gaming applications.
Following a secondment to Nelsons Solicitors working in their employment department, Natasha assists Nick Arron with Poppleston Allen’s employment law services run in conjunction with Nelsons Solicitors, which provides retail operators with basic employment documentation for members of staff, information pertinent to the leisure industry and regular news updates.
Natasha holds the National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders and the National Certificate for Licensed Practitioners (Gambling).

Education
Natasha joined Poppleston Allen as a paralegal in November 2010 and started her training contract in April 2012. Natasha completed both her law degree (LLB Hons 2:1) and a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance at Sheffield Hallam University. Natasha completed her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Birmingham.
Natasha qualified as a solicitor in October 2013, and has over 5 years of experience in advising in licensing law.
