Corporate finance transactions: company sale and purchases (including merger control), refinancing (private and public, debt and equity, including AIM), corporate restructuring for a range of industry sectors (energy (particularly renewables), aviation services, media and new media, telecommunications, shipping, sport and technology).

Trained Peachey & Co; qualified 1986; partner 1988; head of corporate finance 2000. Contributor to articles in ‘The Sunday Telegraph’; ‘Ground Handling International’; appeared on BBC’s Newsnight and ITN’s Crosstalk (in connection with the Premier League Football case).
