Francesca joined Nockolds in September 2018 and is a Principal Associate in our Family Law Team, working from our London office.
Francesca advises on all aspects of relationship breakdown for married and unmarried couples including divorce, financial settlements, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and cohabitation and separation disputes concerning property.
She specialises in issues relating to children and can advise in relation to contact disputes, relocation, safeguarding concerns. She is experienced in guiding matters through court proceedings, negotiation out of court, or through alternative dispute resolution.
Francesca has a particular interest in surrogacy and assisted reproduction issues and can provide careful advice at any stage in the process.
She recognises that no two families are the same and is sensitive and pro-active in finding the right outcome for each client. She provides straightforward and pragmatic advice and takes pride in providing a service in which the client always comes first.
Francesca undertook her training at a leading regional firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2014, and has been practising family law since qualification.
Francesca is a member of Resolution and accredited in both Complex High Net Worth Financial matters and Private Children work. She is committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes.
