Olivia is an Associate Solicitor in the Corporate department at Myerson.

Olivia joined Myerson in December 2021, having previously worked at KPMG LLP in the Corporate Legal Services Team in Manchester. Prior to this, Olivia successfully completed her training at KPMG LLP in London and qualified into the Financial Services Regulatory team, working on matters for a variety of banks and investment firms before transferring to the Corporate legal team in Manchester.

As a member of the Corporate team at Myerson, Olivia has experience in working on a variety of corporate instructions including share sales and acquisitions, company reorganisations and incorporations and provides advice in relation to shareholder agreements and other general corporate matters.

Education

Olivia graduated from the University of Sheffield with an upper second-class degree and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London part-time, obtaining a distinction, whilst working as a paralegal at KPMG LLP in the Corporate team in London.
