Career
Hannaley joined Mullis & Peake in June 2023 as an Associate Solicitor in the Court of Protection Team. Hannaley had previously trained and qualified as a Solicitor with Mullis & Peake in October 2020.
Hannaley has experience in a wide range of Private Client legal matters including Full Administration of Estates, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection/ Financial Deputyship matters. Within the Court of Protection team, she deals with the property and financial affairs of people who have lost mental capacity.
Hannaley completed her law degree at Aberystwyth University in 2014 before undertaking the Legal Practice Course at the university of Law in Moorgate.
Hannaley is a Dementia Friend and a Full Accredited Member of the SFE.
