Career
Charlotte McCubbin has experience in a range of commercial and private disputes, with a particular focus on debt recovery claims. Her experience also includes breach of contract claims, assisting in shareholder disputes, and other general commercial litigation.
Charlotte joined Aaron & Partners as a paralegal with the Dispute Resolution & Insolvency team in November 2017. She began her training contract with the firm in July 2020 which included seats in Wills, Trusts & Tax, Dispute Resolution & Insolvency, and Corporate & Commercial. Charlotte qualified as a solicitor in April 2022.
Charlotte studied Law LLB at Bangor University, graduating in 2016 with First Class (Honours). She then went on to study the Legal Practice Course with an LLM in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law in Christleton, where she obtained a Distinction.
