Position
Charles heads the firm’s restructuring and insolvency team. Since joining Michelmores, Charles has advised on many corporate restructuring and insolvency matters, including advising: the administrators of Sendo International Ltd on trust issues arising in respect of the insolvency of the company with liabilities in excess of $180m; MICE Group plc, the fully listed multinational group of businesses, on the financial restructuring of their £80m loan facility; the Faith Shoes group of companies, a high-street retail chain with over 200 retail outlets, on its financial restructuring, and pre-packaged administration sale; groups on restructuring pursuant to s110 of the Insolvency Act; and frequently advising administrators generally.
