Career

Min-Ho Park is a patent attorney in Lee International & IP Law Group.  His practice focuses on patent application, office action, disputes, appeal and litigation related to machine for domestic companies. 

After being admitted as a Korean patent and trademark attorney, he made patent applications regarding medical devices, mobile devices, semiconductor equipment, connectors, pest control equipment and household appliances, handled OA and reviewed validity of patent and possibility of the breach of patent.  In relation to the foregoing, he also carried out trials to confirm the scope of rights and invalidation trials. 

Prior to joining Lee International IP & Law Group, Mr. Park was a patent attorney for Muhann (patent & law firm) from 2013 to 2016 where he dealt with machine related issues.

He graduated from Hanyang University in mechanical engineering in 2014.
