Career

Leveraging on his hands-on experiences, Mr. Kwang-Chun Park has engaged in diverse consultations and litigations in fields of finance, M&A, corporate legal affairs and others for different domestic and overseas companies. Particularly, he has successfully practiced in areas of corporate M&A, PF, structured finance, syndicate loan, investment by foreigners, listing & delisting, corporate compliance and various commercial disputes.

He graduated cum laude from Seoul National University with bachelor’ degree in Economics and Psychology, before heading to Yonsei Law School. He had provided his professional services at Sojong Partners (2012~2016) and joined Lee International IP and Law Group in 2017.
