Career

Mr. Myung-Ho Song is an attorney having many years of experience in litigation.  His practice is primarily focused on civil litigation relating to intellectual property, medical matters, family law, environment, pharmaceutical, etc.

Mr. Song was admitted to practice law after passing the 39th national bar exam and completing the requisite judicial training courses at the Judicial Research and Training Institute in Korea.  He was also admitted to practice patent law as patent attorney in 2015. 

Prior to joining Lee International IP & Law Group, Mr. Song served as a judge to Changwon District Court, Incheon District Court, Eujeongbu District Court, Seoul Southern District Court, and Seoul Western District Court. He also worked for Sojong Partners as an attorney.

Mr. Song graduated from Seoul National University with a B.B.A. degree in 1987 and then from Chongshin University with a M.A. degree in theological seminary in 1991.
