Hyun Soo Lee advises clients on a variety of issues related to general corporate matters, corporate financings, corporate governance and structuring, securities laws and life sciences.

Mr. Lee has extensive experience in corporate transactions involving corporate financings for both public and private companies, registration statements, up-listing to national securities exchanges, securities laws and general corporate structuring.

In addition to his corporate work, he has represented and advised various clients in the life sciences industry in regards to formation of subsidiaries, FDA meetings, clinical service contracts and strategic alliances.

Mr. Lee also has experience in liability litigation from his prior work experience at a litigation law firm in New York.
