Yoon-Jae Cho has practiced in the fields of trademark, design, domain-related dispute mediation and copyright matters since 2016. Ms. Cho has been involved in filing and prosecuting applications to register trademarks and handling in partes matters and litigation cases such as trademark oppositions, revocations and invalidations.
Ms. Cho also provides advice on violation relating to disputes over trademarks and unfair competition and prepares a contract on, and advises regarding, transfer of a trademark for domestic and foreign clients.
She graduated from Hanyang University with a bachelor’s degree in urban planning and engineering in 2016. She is fluent in English and has a professional working knowledge in Japanese.
