With a solid background and remarkable skills both as a business lawyer and a legal counsel, Anca has assisted numerous local and multinational corporations on M&A transactions, various regulatory and corporate governance matters.

Energy and natural resources are her main areas of focus, having advised strategic players on the development and operation of key projects on the local market and representing them before the relevant authorities. Anca is also involved in various think tanks active in the research and advocacy concerning the energy and natural resources field.

Prior to founding Berechet Rusu Hirit, Anca has gained extensive experience as a senior lawyer while collaborating with leading law firms, as well as acting as head legal advisor for the largest Romanian energy producer.
