Apoorva Misra has been practicing law since 2001. He has been, providing effective legal representation to clients for a wide range and dispute resolution matters of litigation. His primary focus includes Infrastructure Disputes Litigation dealing with matters relating to Power, Oil & Gas, Mining and Environment.

Matters handled by Apoorva include disputes emanating from purchase agreements, tender related disputes, acquisition of stressed assets as part of debt resolution process, claims under contracts arising due to change in legal and policy regime, recovery of debt, and so on. He has advised international and domestic companies in transactions on various issues including aspects relating to acquisition or establishment of Thermal, Solar and Wind Power Plants, cross border supply of power.

He has represented numerous private companies, government companies and consumer organization before Regulatory Commissions, Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board, Appellate Tribunals, High Courts and The Supreme Court of India. Additionally, he has also worked for various International and National multilateral organizations on projects relating to community forestry management, rural livelihood, water resource management and so on.
