Alessandra has overall responsibility for developing Giambrone’s presence in the Euro-Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and Asian markets and is recognised as a leading practitioner in Italy in the fields of inheritance, criminal and administrative law, cross border tax and trust law and regularly acts for high net worth individuals and international corporations. She routinely advises private clients and companies on issues of Italian and cross-border non-contentious and contentious matters involving foreign trusts with Italian interests, division of inheritance disputes, wealth management and tax.

Alessandra has had involvement in a number of complex and long-running cases in the Italian County Courts of First Instance, in the Court of Appeal and at the Supreme Court, including cases concerning disputes over wills, disputes between trustees and related matters. She has frequently acted for well known Italian companies with regard to their export operations as well as assisting a multi-national shipping company with its trade relationship between Italy and Tunisia.

Alessandra advises international clients on all matters of commercial law, trade law and wealth management, including assistance in trust and offshore creation.

Education

Alessandra graduated from the University of Palermo with a first-class degree and successfully completed the Comparative Law Course at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland. She also undertook an LLM degree in European Law and in International, EU and Comparative Law and she also obtained certificates in recognition of her expertise in International Tax Law and International Trade Law.
