Caroline Scherrmann’s practice focuses on advice and representation in relation to mass redundancies, negotiation of company-wide agreements and career-management for top executives within international groups, notably Scandinavian groups.

Her breadth of practice also allows her to advise the representatives of the vocational training funds in connection to the legal status amendments or to the organizational structure.

Caroline Scherrmann is an active member of the firm’s global initiatives co-lead by L&E Global, an international top ranked employment alliance of 32 prominent employment-law firms co-founded by Flichy Grangé Avocats in 2010.
