Robert leads the firm’s private equity real estate (PERE) work, and has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate sector.

He has particular experience advising private equity real estate firms, sovereign funds, public and private real estate investment trusts (REITs) and financial institutions on UK and European joint ventures, real estate M&A, equity financings, real estate funds, sale and leasebacks and other structured transactions.
