Trainee Solicitor.
With a keen eye for business, Chris took particular interests in Corporate Law and Competition law in the latter stages of the LLB. In his fourth-year dissertation, he addressed the acquisition strategies of Big Tech firms and their effects on competition and innovation within their respective markets. Since studying the processes of mergers and acquisitions in great depth at university, and understanding the potential outcomes they can have, this is an area of corporate law Chris has gone on to pursue and assist clients with in his first year as a trainee.
Career
Chris graduated from the University of Strathclyde in 2021 with a First Class Honours Degree in Law. He then completed the Diploma in Professional Legal practice at the University of Strathclyde, graduating in 2022.
