Position

Vikki is a Chartered Legal Executive in our Commercial Property team.

Vikki joined Capital’s Commercial Property department in 2017. Before moving to Wales in 2016, she worked in a firm in Cornwall in the litigation department.

Vikki leads our Social Housing Sector within the Real Estate Division. Her role includes working closely with various Social Housing providers and deals with a range of both commercial and residential property matters. These include acquisitions, general estate management, lease work surrender and buy back and development works.

She also assists in the wider Real Estate Team and works for clients in the public and private sector on a range of commercial property transactions.

Vikki graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2018 and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2023.
