Position
Toni is a Solicitor in our Commercial Disputes team. She works on a variety of cases, including but not limited to: contractual disputes, defamation claims, debt recovery, regulatory investigations, professional negligence, fraud and multi-jurisdictional claims.
She joined Capital in October 2018 as a Paralegal in the Banking & Finance team before going on to train within our Real Estate, Employment & Immigration, Corporate & Commercial and Commercial Disputes teams.
Toni is an active member of the firm’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion group and Domestic Violence Initiative.
In her spare time, Toni volunteers for two groups dedicated to distributing essentials to those in need in Cardiff City Centre.
