Position
Sara is a Solicitor in our Corporate & Private Equity team and completed her training contract with Capital. She completed two of her four seats with the Corporate & Private Equity team.
She is a fluent Welsh speaker who studied both her LLB Law degree and her LPC LLM at Cardiff University, achieving a first class honours and distinction respectively.
Sara acts on all aspects of corporate work and on a variety of transactions including acquisitions and disposals, investments and group reorganisations. She also gained experience in advising on employment aspects of corporate transaction work during her training contract.
