Position
Sara is a Solicitor in our Corporate & Private Equity team.
She advises individuals and companies across a range of sectors on a variety of transactional and advisory matters. Her transactional experience includes acting on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, private equity and fundraising transactions and corporate reorganisations.
Prior to joining Capital Law, she worked as an Associate for a major international law firm in Bristol. Sara studied Law at the University of Salento in Italy and completed her Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL), Legal Practice Course (LPC) and Master of Laws at BPP University whilst working as a paralegal.
Sara is fluent in Italian and a learner of Spanish.
