Position
Nadira is a Solicitor in our Corporate & Private Equity team.
Nadira assists on various corporate transactions and general corporate governance matters, including acquisitions and disposals, investments, management buyouts and group reorganisations.
Prior to joining Capital Law, Nadira undertook her training in corporate, commercial and employment law and acquired previous experience in litigation.
Nadira obtained her Bachelor of Law degree, Master of Law degree and Legal Practice Certificate from Cardiff University.
Nadira speaks Bengali and Urdu.
