Position
Aisling is a Solicitor in our Commercial Disputes team.
Aisling studied LLB Law at the University of Bristol. During her time there she was a member of the University of Bristol Law Clinic, carrying out pro bono work for members of the public. Following this, she achieved a Distinction in her LPC at Cardiff University.
Aisling joined Capital in September 2021 as a trainee solicitor and qualified into the Commercial Disputes team in September 2023. Aisling assists with general contractual disputes and works on a variety of matters with members of the team.
Aisling has a specific interest in property litigation, namely Landlord and Tenant disputes as well as advising on the effects of the recently implemented Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016.
Aside from work, Aisling is an active member of the firm’s Mental Health and Wellbeing initiative, working to destigmatise mental health and increase wellbeing in the workplace.
