Cristina advises insurers, brokers, non-traditional insurance intermediaries, MGAs, start-ups and a range of financial services providers. on insurance, financial services, regulatory, contentious and advisory issues.

She deals with claims and investigations against a range of financial professionals including financial adviser networks, broking firms, asset and fund managers, offshore trustees, pension providers, accountants and insolvency practitioners.

With established expertise in policy coverage advice on professional indemnity, directors’ and officers’ and financial institutions’ insurance, including monitoring large regulatory investigations and class actions, Cristina’s experience also extends to financial services regulatory advice on FCA rules and supervisory issues.

Having undertaken secondments to the commercial and financial claims teams of two global insurers, she has strengthened her deep knowledge of the insurance sector and broadened her commercial outlook in delivering pragmatic solutions for clients.
