Position
Rachel is a Solicitor in our Commercial Disputes team.
Prior to joining Capital, Rachel worked in Neath Port Talbot Local Authority as a Safeguarding Paralegal where she assisted Senior and Assistant Solicitors in childcare matters. This role provided experience in dealing with litigated issues and involved high client contact.
Before completing her LPC in Swansea University, Rachel spent a year working as a Paralegal in Shoosmiths Medical Negligence Department. In this role, she assisted on multi-million pound complex cases in the Royal Courts of Justice.
Rachel studied LLB Law with Business at the University of Birmingham.
