Position

Lewis is a Solicitor in our Employment and Immigration team.

Lewis joined the Employment team at Capital in July 2021, having trained in-house with Cardiff Council and qualifying as an Employment & Education Lawyer in April 2021.

Prior to joining Capital, Lewis advised a variety of public sector client departments, including schools and Human Resources teams, on a wide range of employment issues.

Lewis advises clients on a range of employment and HR issues such as disciplinary procedures, discrimination, whistleblowing and unfair dismissals.
