Position
Emma is an Associate in our Commerical Property team, helping clients with all aspects of commercial property advice, including acquisitions, disposals and landlord and tenant.
She joined Capital’s Real Estate team in November 2021 and was promoted to Associate in November 2022. Emma qualified in July 2021 and during her training contract gained experience in both residential and commercial property, as well as litigation.
Emma acts for companies, individuals and educational institutions, and has experience with assisting our corporate department with commercial property aspects of corporate acquisitions.
She also provides advice to GP partnerships with the disposal, acquisition and assignment of GP premises, and is part of the Associated British Ports delivery team.
