Position

David is a Principal Associate in our Commercial Disputes team.

David joined Capital Law in June 2021.

David is a commercial disputes lawyer who advises a range of clients on various dispute issues such as breach of contract, shareholder issues and risk management. David has significant experience of complex contested commercial matters, acting for claimant or defendant in cases that have been held in many courts up to and including the Court of Appeal. He has acted for individuals (including high net worth), SME’s, large national business, PLC’s, Government bodies and Local Authorities.

Keen to ensure the best pragmatic result for his clients, David often concludes issues out of court by means of negotiation or mediation.
