Position

David is an Senior Associate in our Commercial Disputes team.

David focuses on contentious issues including breach of contract, breach of trust, defamation, professional negligence, business and partnership disputes.

He has acted for a wide range of clients, from individuals to charities, resident management companies and large commercial entities. He also regularly acts for healthcare professionals and business, including GP Partnerships.

David has advised a number of resident management companies on leasehold disputes and issues with managing agents. He  is also able to  deal with contested wills and estates.

With his keen eye for detail and  pragmatic approach, David works with a view to  resolve disputes as quickly as possible.

It was a pleasure to work with David and I would like to thank him for all of his work on what has been a very challenging case. He adopted an empathetic approach from the outset and his advice was clear to understand at all stages.
