Position

Hannah is a Principal Associate in our Commercial Property Team. She advises on a range of commercial property transactions, especially landlord and tenant.

Hannah has a broad range of experience including development work, real estate finance, and acquisitions and disposals of both freehold and leasehold properties. She has acted for a variety of clients in the public and private sectors, as well as clients based outside the UK acquiring property in England and Wales.

She has experience in assisting the corporate department with commercial property aspects of corporate acquisitions.

Hannah spent 6 months on secondment with Welsh Government following qualification.
