Brenda Rogel advises on the determination of environmental liability and risk assessment regarding acquisitions and leasing of properties, mergers and acquisitions, as well as the implementation of strategies regarding environmental issues to achieve compliance with municipal, state, and federal regulation. She has broad experience in the remediation of contaminated sites (including soil and groundwater), as well as in due diligence, consultancy, and litigation on water and wastewater discharge matters. Her practice runs the full spectrum from air and water quality to climate change in many different sectors, including technology, manufacturing, food and beverages, infrastructure, automotive, pharmaceutical, and oil and gas.
