Career

Kirsty works closely with the Dispute Resolution team to provide comprehensive support and advice on a variety of matters.

Kirsty graduated with a first class degree in Law from London South Bank University in 2018. While at university, Kirsty threw herself into gaining practical work experience, completing a work placement at broadcasting and telecommunications regulator, Ofcom, and volunteering at the university’s Legal Advice Clinic.

Kirsty started her legal career at a property litigation firm where she worked on a diverse range of cases, including lease forfeitures and the recovery of service charges and ground rent.

Kirsty’s expertise include:

• Shareholder and partnership disputes, theft and misuse of commercially confidential information
• Breach of fiduciary duty
• Commercial contract disputes
• Copyright and trademark infringements
• Bringing and defending claims on behalf of insolvency practitioners
• Bankruptcy and winding up petitions
• Annulment applications and disputes with trustees in bankruptcy
• Contentious probate cases.
