Aimee joined Lewis Silkin in September 2019 as an Associate in the Real Estate team. Aimee joined as an Associate in the Real Estate team after completing her training contract at another law firm in Cardiff.

During her training contract, Aimee gained experience in both commercial property and corporate as well as undertaking a client secondment.

Real Estate
Aimee helps to advise both landlords and tenants on a variety of different commercial property transactions including the drafting and negotiation of a range of leases, licences and other property agreements. From her training, Aimee also has experience in assisting on the property due diligence process for large Corporate acquisitions including both reviewing any property documents provided and reporting this review back to clients.

Advertising & Marketing
Aimee is a member of the Advertising and Marketing sector focus group. Aimee is interested in advertising and marketing and is therefore keen to assist clients in this sector with their portfolio of real estate.
