Career

Batuhan has a strong expertise mainly on real estate, litigation and dispute resolution. He also has developed key experience in advising clients in regulatory compliance and contractual matters. He represented numerous local and foreign clients from different business sectors including textile, tourism and healtcare. Batuhan has also been involved in many complicated structuring transactions and advised clients from a regulatory perspective. He has represented both local and foreign clients before Turkish courts on different kinds of disputes, including but not limited to shareholder disputes, disputes arising from agency and distribution agreements and joint venture disputes. He is also well-familiar with enforcement of foreign court judgments.
