Maria is an active member of the litigation department of the Firm and has extensive experience in different areas of law such as Constitutional, Public, Human Rights, European, Environmental and Energy Law. She manages every case with strategy, passion and vision.

Maria’s further experience is as follows:

• Handling hearings.
• Gathering evidence to formulate cases by interviewing witnesses and clients and developing strategies and arguments in preparation for court appearances.
• Handling of administrative law with specialization in issues related to the registration of Fundamental Human Rights, compliance of Cyprus with the ECtHR, public procurement and applications of the principles of VAT Legislation.
• Representing clients before the Administrative Court, District Court, Supreme Court, Tender’s review Authority, Tax Tribunal and other public entities.
• Handling and appearing in Appeals and Judicial Remedies (Certiorari, Prohibition, Mandamus).
