Kim Alexia is a specialist in corporate management and liquidations and her relevant experience is as follows:

• Assisting in all legal aspects of the transfer of business of a major Serbian trading company to Cyprus, including advising on new employment contracts
• Advising Cyprus and overseas companies on the different methods of winding up an entity and the relevant procedures and the duties of the insolvency practitioner
• Advising national and multinational organisations on corporate matters including transfer of business, alteration of capital and changes to the board of directors
• Reviewing documents involved in banking and finance transactions, carrying out legal due diligence and drafting corporate documents
• Assisting in banking transactions and in completion of tax exemption and other documentation for overseas companies
