Jennifer advises companies and employees on all aspects of employment relationships including employment contracts, bonuses and employee incentives, redundancy situations, dismissals, compromise agreements, employment issues in buying and selling businesses.  She advises employers and individuals in Employment Tribunal and court matters, including unfair dismissal, breach of contract and discrimination claims.  She also advises governing boards, trustees and directors on their duties and obligations.

Career

Trained at Cumberland Ellis LLP, qualified 2001; made a Partner at Joelson in 2011.

Education

LLM Law at London School of Economics.

Leisure

Jennifer’s hobbies include racing classic yachts.
