Daniel is a partner and the Head of Property Litigation at Joelson. He and his team advise UK property companies, developers, investors, occupiers and high net worth individuals.

Daniel specialises in complex property related disputes including development disputes, injunctions, dilapidations, rights to light and neighbourly matters, service charge disputes, trespass, lease and other contractual consents, rent reviews, opposed and unopposed lease renewals, arrears recovery, high value residential disputes and joint venture disputes.
