Career

He started his professional career as a lawyer for Banco Popular Hipotecario, to later become a legal adviser for the Central Legal Services of Banco Popular Español, and being responsible for the mercantile law area (companies) for all banks of Grupo Popular.
During this stage, he was also a lecturer at the Autonomous University of Madrid in Mercantile Law; and at the Pontifical University of Comillas (I.C.A.D.E) and ESIC, on the Master’s in Business Law.
In 1997 he founded the practice Estudio Legal Madrid y Asociados.
In 2003 he moved to Palma de Mallorca, founding BDR Estudio Legal Palma.
In 2011 he formed part of the MA Abogados project as a founding partner.
Specialised in the areas Civil, Mercantile, Banking, Insolvency and Procedural Law; he has been appointed as an insolvency practitioner in several proceedings by the Courts of Palma de Mallorca and Madrid.
He provides legal advice to businesses and companies undergoing refinancing and viability operations, banking operations, property investment and company management.
