Career

Bojana has been an Attorney at Law at M&S Partners Attorneys at Law since February 2024.

 

She is a legal expert who grew up in the payment industry within the banking and financing world. During the period, which matches with the era of evolution and revolution of the payment industry, as the executive director responsible for the legal, compliance, privacy, AML, and security domain, and as the principal legal advisor of the management board, in PBZ CARD, she has had an opportunity to deal with and participate in some of the significant projects were arising from EU regulations, relations with payment schemes, M&A projects, compliance projects, licensing requirements, and to be the key person for the regulatory supervision and other relations with the regulators.

 

Within the M&S Partners Attorneys at Law, Bojana advises international and domestic clients on various Banking and Finance legal issues, in particular in domains of  Payments, Technology, Security, and Privacy (Pay-Tech Regulation). She also advises on legal issues and challenges of Commercial / Corporate / M&A law, predominantly within the scope of compliance, contractual matters, and regulatory supervision.

Based on her time within a complex corporate banking system, Bojana fully understands the client’s corporate and business process flows. Therefore, in addition to legal services, she provides compliance and corporate governance support embedded with the individual client’s business goals and daily business needs, regardless of which sector the client belongs to.
