Position

Nils is a Partner of Jackson Parton with extensive experience in all aspects of the firm’s shipping practice, including charterparty and bill of lading disputes, P&I and defence work, piracy related issues, marine insurance and maritime arbitration. He acts for shipowners, charterers, P&I clubs, ship operators and cargo and hull underwriters worldwide. Nils is often instructed, and has acted as an advocate on applications for urgent injunctive relief, including anti-suit injunctions and applications for ‘Vasso’ orders. He also has experience in the salvage and collision aspects of shipping and general commercial litigation.
