Adv. Yaara Libay is engaged with corporate law, high-tech and M&A.

As part of her role, Yaara provides ongoing counsel to startup companies in a wide range of commercial and corporate issues regarding their day to day operations and offers ongoing counsel to corporations and private investors in both investment transactions and capital raising in Israel and abroad.

Prior to FWMK, Yaara was an intern in the finance department at ERM (Epstein Rosenblum Maoz).
