Loria joined A.G. Erotocritou LLC as an active litigator. She specialises in complex restructurings and insolvencies, and she offers practical and commercial advice on various issues of the said area. Loria handles a wide range of contentious matters with her practise focusing heavily on banking and commercial litigation. She also advises on a range of regulatory matters relating to financial services and products in Cyprus, including advising on MiFID II.

Loria has in depth hands-on knowledge of civil litigation and often appears before the district Courts and Supreme Court in Cyprus. Loria has wide experience in obtaining and defending interim injunctive relief and deals with disputes involving the admiralty jurisdiction. Her areas of practice also involve asset recovery, recognition, and enforcement proceedings as well as medical negligence.

Loria is a graduate of the University of Southampton, where she majored in LLB Hons and continued her legal practice course at the University of Law in Bristol.
