Hendrik-Jan Bleijerveld is responsible for the Corporate/M&A practice at HVG Law in the Mid, North and East part of the Netherlands and heads the HVG Law Office in Utrecht, which office includes besides corporate/M&A, the insolvency and real estate practice groups.
Hendrik-Jan Bleijerveld advises private companies, family businesses, corporations and fast growing businesses, in (national and cross-border) private M&A transactions, joint ventures, management buy-out/in and restructuring projects. His focus is on projects in the sectors of Retail & Consumer Products, Waste & Renewable and Health, Sport & Leisure.
Career
Hendrik-Jan has been a lawyer at HVG Law since 1996 and is a partner since 2008. Hendrik-Jan is a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions practice group of HVG Law. In addition, he held a position at the Dutch Legal Desk of Donahue & Partners LLP in New York and was seconded as a company lawyer to a well-known multinational for a year.
