Adv. Saadia specializes in both domestic and cross border tax matters, including trusts, global re-structuring and complexed taxation issues.

He has a special expertise in international tax, corporate taxation, tax elements of re- structuring and employee stock options (ESOP), M&A transactions on large scales including investment funds, multi-national corporations and start-up companies. 

Adv. Saadia is involved in representing clients before the Israeli tax authorities and various Israeli judicial tribunals. Adv. Saadia is also a certified CPA.
