Career
Yasemin started to work for GSG Attorneys at Law Legal team in 2015 as an attorney at law after completing her legal internship in one of the leading law firms in Turkey. She has 9 years of business experience and she mainly focuses on advising major international and foreign corporations in their cross-border M&A deals, restructuring and general corporate and commercial law matters.
She has been involved in many M&A projects for various local and foreign companies including vendors/purchaser’s due diligence reviews, reviewing/ drafting/ commenting/ amending of NBO’s and share purchase and shareholders’ agreements, drafting/amending of relevant corporate documents and assisting the clients with the closing procedures and issuance of legal opinions.
She is also experienced in company restructuring transactions and has consulted many domestic and foreign companies on diverse subjects such as mergers, spin-offs, liquidation, conversion and incorporation.
She is also a part of the team working with the family corporations and has been involved in many projects relating to preparation of family constitution and shareholders’ agreement specific for each family.
