Career
As a member of the Finance Law team, Öykü works in the fields of Banking and Capital Markets Law and Personal Data Protection Law and takes part in various projects.
Öykü provides consultancy services to financial institutions in various fields, including the establishment and participation unit issuance applications of investment funds, especially private equity and real estate investment funds, establishment of and obtaining operating licenses for portfolio management companies and other relevant capital markets matters. Öykü also takes an active role in projects aiming to ensure the compliance of financial institutions with the Personal Data Protection Law.
Öykü joined GSG Attorneys at Law in 2017.
