Ecesu joined GSG Attorneys at Law in 2021 and currently is a Manager in the legal team, specializing in various fields of law, in particular, re-structuring, mergers and acquisitions, execution, enforcement and debt collection, employment and commercial law. Prior to PwC, she gained experience in leading local law firms in Istanbul. She has 7 years of sector experience including high value commercial litigation and dispute resolution proceedings and re-structuring projects of reputable local and global clients. She is experienced in company restructuring transactions and consults many domestic and foreign companies on such diverse subjects as mergers, spin-offs, liquidation, conversion and incorporation. She has reputable clients in the automotive sector as well pharmaceuticals, energy, IT, and retail sectors.
